Richard C. Clair
President & Chief Executive Officer
Rich Clair brings
more than 30 years of financial, transportation and logistics
experience to his role as President and CEO. Rich held several
executive positions with Ryder and was President & COO of
First Transit, a major player in the contract passenger transportation
services market. Rich graduated from the University of Massachusetts
in Amherst, MA, and received his masters degree from Harvard
University in Cambridge, MA.
David R. Bachman
General Counsel, Sr. Vice President, and Board Secretary
David Bachman
is MCA’s primary representative with the USPS and labor relations
executive with 10+ years experience in contract negotiations,
labor, and employment litigation. David provides executive
leadership to MCA’s Contracts, Human Resources and Legal Departments.
David received a BS in Accounting from Arkansas Tech University
in Russellville, Arkansas, and Juris Doctorate degree from
the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. David was previously
employed with the law firm of Southern, Allen and James. He
is a licensed attorney in Arkansas and member of the Arkansas
Bar Association.
Brian
S. Wilson
Chief
Financial Officer
Brian
Wilson brings over 15 years of financial and transportation
experience to MCA. He held multiple positions in Finance with
Ryder including the responsibility for the financial management
of several U.S. and international operations. He is a graduate
of Southern Illinois University and received his MBA from
the University of Miami. Brian is a Certified Management Accountant
(CMA), Certified Financial Manager (CFM), and Chartered Financial
Analyst (CFA).
Steven
Crossken
Vice President of Operations
As
Vice President of Operations, Steven Crossken is responsible
for the management of MCA’s terminal operations nationwide.
This includes the effective management of USPS contract transportation
and commercial transportation in MCA’s 16 terminals
and satellite locations. Steven also plays an important role
in the growth and integration of MCA’s commercial business.
He brings 9 years of transportation management experience
to MCA and was involved in all levels of transportation during
his time in Operations Management with DHL/Airborne Express
in the Northeastern U.S. Steven is a graduate of the University
of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.
Riley
B. Peavy
Vice President of Employee Relations
Riley Peavy has
been with MCA for over 29 years and started his career as
a driver manager. Riley owned and operated a small mail-contracting
business that was acquired by MCA in 1975, and since that
time, MCA has relied on Riley’s operational abilities to manage
the integration of several other acquisitions. As Vice President
of Employee Relations, MCA continues to utilize Riley’s expertise
for addressing operational issues and for staying tuned in
to the pulse of our workforce.
Steve
Reeves
Certified
Director of Safety
Steve Reeves,
a Certified Director of Safety, brings 24 years of truck
transportation experience to his duties as MCA's National
Safety Director. A Million-Mile safe driver, with experience
as Safety Director for Bullocks Express and Frank C. Klein
& Company in Denver, CO, where he was also a State-licensed
3rd-party CDL Examiner, Steve leads MCA’s safety
organization with a commitment to training, counseling
and regulatory compliance. Steve attended Colorado State
University on an Air Force scholarship before graduating
with a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University
of Missouri-Columbia in 1979.
Robert
R. Bob Mitchell
Vice President, Commercial Services
Bob Mitchell
brings over 29 years of sales and operational experience
to MCA as Vice President of Commercial Services. He held
several upper-level management positions with National
Freight, Inc., and was instrumental in National Freight’s
southeast region growth. In his role as Vice President
of Commercial Services, Bob will head the sales team in
MCA’s growth in the dedicated contract service arena.
